Security Officer Patrol

Position: Security Officer Patrol Support
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior;
Monitor entry points, observe building activity, and assist with access-related procedures in support of property rules and daily operations at the location
