Security Officer Part Time Patrol Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a government office location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, entrance areas, waiting areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access when required, and document observations, incidents, and/or daily activities according to post procedures;
Support emergency response activities, crowd management, and de-escalation efforts during high-traffic periods while maintaining a professional presence and providing clear directions to the public
