Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property representatives by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate common areas, entrances, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and documenting relevant details.;
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
