Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or leadership.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers; follow site procedures for access control, visitor processing, and credential verification.;
Observe truck, trailer, and pedestrian activity around the location and report hazards or violations per site procedures.
