We are seeking multiple experienced Crew Foremen to lead a team of installers and laborers. The ideal candidate is a working foreman who leads by example, ensuring the crew's work is productive, high-quality, and safe.

• Lead a crew of 5-6 installers and laborers in the daily installation of chain-link fences.
• Oversee the installation of posts, fabric, rails, and gates to specification.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure all crew members are working safely.
• Manage the quality and pace of the crew's work on their assigned section.
• Operate machinery and hand tools as needed.

• 3+ years of experience in a foreman or lead installer role in fencing or a related trade.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and layout posts accurately.
• Proven experience operating construction equipment (e.g., skid‑steer with auger).
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on quality workmanship.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
