Maintain the facility systems including ASRS, dock equipment, and basic electrical/plumbing repairs;
Log time and materials into CMMS daily with work orders and PM activities;
Adhere to safety policies and OSHA/NFPA standards, including arc flash requirements;
Perform preventive and general building maintenance (roof, lighting, carpentry, painting, plumbing);
Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation to ensure safety and operations
