Demonstrate advanced knowledge of preventative maintenance, replacement of parts/components, and complex repairs as it pertains trailer maintenance, air brake systems, and FHWA Inspections;
Troubleshoot trailer issues and accurately perform the most difficult repairs to company and manufacturer's specifications, complete work orders, and exceed company requirements for standard repair times (SRT) and warranty guidelines;
Participate in Original Equipment Manufacture training for OE repairs;
Maintain professional communication with J.B. Hunt personnel and customers at all times;
Mentor new technician trainees; act as team lead to coordinate shift support and tasks
