Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems;
Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building interior/exterior components;
Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operational efficiency;
Respond effectively to emergency situations to ensure safety and operational continuity;
Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, conditions found, and recommended actions for management review
