Commercial HVAC Preventive Maintenance Specialist
Based in Syracuse, this mobile role keeps commercial facilities running efficiently through routine care and inspections.
A Day in the RoleMorning starts with a route review and a fully stocked company vehicle.
First stop: an office building where you swap filters, check belts, and perform scheduled inspections on HVAC units. Afterward, you head to a warehouse to complete seasonal tune‑ups, then finish the day at a garage ensuring building systems operate at peak reliability.
Each visit is about consistency, quality, and minimizing downtime for our clients.
Scope of Work- Mobile service throughout the Syracuse area
- General preventive maintenance on building systems and HVAC equipment
- Commercial environments: office spaces, warehouses, and garages
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Pay up to $35/hr
- Company vehicle and tools provided
