This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insulation Installer located in Syracuse, NY. The Insulation Installer will be responsible for installing various types of insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings to enhance energy efficiency. The role includes measuring, cutting, and securing insulation materials, inspecting work to meet quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaboration with team members and maintaining tools and equipment are also key aspects of the job.

• Experience in measuring, cutting, and installing insulation materials
• Familiarity with standard safety procedures and occupational guidelines for construction work
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment relevant to insulation installation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may include lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
• Good communication skills and capability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in construction or insulation installation is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial
