Pool Installation Lead; Seasonal Installations

Tarson Pools and Spas, the leading and longest-standing seller of pools and spas in Central New York, is seeking seasonal, full-time organized individuals to join our team as swimming pool/spa installers and workers. We are looking for motivated individuals to support our high-volume business in CNY. At Tarson Pools and Spas, we are your one-stop destination for all your summer fun and relaxation needs.

With top-of-the-line products, knowledgeable service professionals, and over 75 years of experience, we have been helping the people of Central New York realize their backyard dreams.

• Join our team of experienced installers and service technicians as a crew leader.
• Interact with customers in the field and provide excellent customer service.
• Have a well-rounded understanding of general pool construction and be experienced in the installation of new pools, liners, and basic pool repair.
• Work independently or supervise others to ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high quality.
• Coordinate with office staff to define installation and repair schedules.
• Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid NY driver's license.
• Daily travel to job sites required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of construction experience (Preferred).
