We're seeking a highly skilled Industrial Boiler Technician to join our growing team in Syracuse, NY. As an Industrial Boiler Technician, you will inspect, troubleshoot, install, and repair industrial boiler systems at customer facilities across the region. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently in industrial environments.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial boilers, burners, and related mechanical systems

• Diagnose mechanical and combustion issues to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Perform boiler installations, start-ups, and preventive maintenance

• Conduct burner tuning, combustion analysis, and system calibrations

• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and operation manuals

• Respond to emergency service calls as needed

• Document all work performed and communicate clearly with customers and team members

• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols

• Industrial boiler service experience (required)

• Strong understanding of steam systems, controls, pumps, valves, and combustion

• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues

• Gas/oil burner experience (preferred)

• NH licensing or trade certifications (a plus)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Professional attitude and strong customer communication skills

• Ability to work independently in industrial settings
