Perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair);
Train other autobody technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels;
Support auto body roles across Carvana's reconditioning centers;
Participate in prep/repair tasks such as sanding and buffing as part of readiness for customer delivery;
Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality vehicles on schedule
