Facilities Maintenance Technician
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical electrical systems including UPS units, generators, switch gear, and power distribution equipment.
Support HVAC and cooling systems such as chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, cooling towers, pumps, and air handling equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment issues as they arise.
Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and address potential problems.
Assist with system startups, shutdowns, and power transfer procedures.
Document maintenance activities, system performance, and operational risks.
Follow and help improve operating and emergency procedures.
Communicate system status, maintenance updates, and incidents to customers and team members.
This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.
The pay range for this position is $31.68 - $45.67/hr.
