Senior Construction Laborer

Travel

Daily out of town and overnights required. Lodging and meals provided.

Shifts
:
Extensive pharmacy remodels require night shifts (8pm-5am). All maintenance projects and non-evasive remodels will be performed during day shift hours.

Works independently with minimum supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

Perform construction and common labor duties necessary to remodel current store sites and/ perform general maintenance, oversee subcontractors when necessary.

• Installation of gondolas and store fixtures
• Rough and finish Carpentry work
• Installation of carpeting and floor tiles
• Perform Minor plumbing repairs
• Painting
• Sheetrock installation
• Electrical work including installation of outlets and lighting fixtures
• Responsible for uploading receipts into Concur daily and submitting end of the month expense report for approval
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum:
  High School Diploma or GED

• Preferred: 3 or more years previous experience in related position

• Drug Test
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

$21.00-$24.00 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
