We're seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to help lead maintenance operations at our beautiful 408-unit community in Syracuse, NY. Working alongside an experienced Service Manager and Regional Service Manager, you'll play a key role in mentoring the maintenance team, solving complex maintenance challenges, and maintaining a community residents are proud to call home.

$24.00- $26.00 per hour
$300 Quarterly Morgan Essentials Bonus
Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM to 5 PM
On-call rotation will be required

What You'll Do

Support the Service Manager in leading daily maintenance operations
Perform advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
Coordinate work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance
Mentor technicians while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Help create a safe, efficient, and resident-focused community

What We're Looking For

Multifamily maintenance experience preferred
EPA/HVAC Certification strongly preferred
Leadership or lead technician experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
