May's Fleet Sales & Service has been Syracuse's trusted diesel repair specialist for over 25 years. We're the go-to shop for Class 3–8 diesel truck repair and maintenance for regional fleet customers who depend on us to keep their operations running. We handle real diagnostic work, real repairs, and the kind of variety that keeps experienced technicians engaged. Our shop is modern, clean, heated, and equipped with 13 fully-stocked bays—and our team is small enough that your contributions are genuinely visible.

Experienced Diesel Technicians: $30–$45/hour. If you bring substantial diesel truck experience and proven diagnostic skills, we'll compensate you accordingly. You'll work with autonomy at a high technical level in a shop that respects your expertise and doesn't micromanage. We need skilled diesel techs who can handle complex diagnostics and lead by example.

Automotive Technicians Transitioning to Diesel: $30-$35, with clear advancement. You have solid mechanical fundamentals and you're ready to specialize in diesel. We'll invest in your transition with hands-on training, mentorship from our experienced team, and ASE certification reimbursement. Your pay grows as your diesel skills develop—this is a genuine career path, not a dead-end entry role.
