Essential Duties & Responsibilities Generator Maintenance General maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as:
Painting Carpentry Plumbing Masonry Electrical Work Changing filters and belts in Air Handlers Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, lights Use plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings. Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Level of Experience Requirements:
Two (5) years’ experience as a general maintenance worker or similar Valid Driver’s License Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Basic knowledge of general maintenance (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc) Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Good customer service, people skills Preferred Basic knowledge of general maintenance (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc) Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Good customer service, people skills Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
