• Install, repair, and replace roofing and siding systems.
• Inspect problem areas and decide the best approach for a repair or replacement.
• Make sure every job meets our standards and the customer's specifications.
• Use hand and power tools safely to get the work done.
• Work at heights while following all safety regulations.
• Work with the rest of the crew to finish projects on time and on budget.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients when needed.
• Helpers: prepare materials, tools, and equipment, remove old materials, keep job sites clean, and learn under experienced installers.

• Installers: proven experience as an installer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of roofing and siding materials and techniques.
• Comfortable working at heights and in different weather conditions.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Physical stamina for labour intensive work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Helpers: no prior experience required, but a real willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Installer pay based on experience, starting from $25 per hour.
• Helper pay based on ability, starting from $20 per hour.
• On the job training and a clear path to advance.
