Commercial Refrigeration Service Tech

As a Commercial Journeyman Refrigeration technician at Cool Sys, you'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems for retail, industrial, and mission-critical customers. Working closely with Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on rack systems, walk-ins, and HVAC-R equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and service commercial refrigeration systems for retail and industrial clients
• Diagnose and repair rack systems, walk-ins, and HVAC-R components to ensure reliable performance
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and documentation per Cool
• Sys and safety standards
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and asset management teams on system upgrades and retrofits
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and EPA refrigerant handling regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear updates and technical recommendations
