Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.00 Hourly

This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

HIRING – ENTRY-LEVEL LABORERS and CARPENTERS

If you are looking for an entry-level LABORER or CARPENTER position, please consider a career at The Hayner Hoyt Corporation. Carpenters/Laborers will work on commercial construction projects, and positions require travel to sites throughout Central NY. Responsibilities range from performing site preparation to building demolition; from traffic flagging to installation of temporary protection; from hanging doors and installation of door hardware to installation of millwork, cabinetry, and countertops.

Qualified applicants will have:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have an active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to take direction well and work within a team environment
• Demonstrate dependability to work a regular schedule and extended nontraditional hours, including evenings and/or weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and understand directions and follow standard operating procedures.
• Previous experience in the commercial construction industry and knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in the commercial construction field are highly desired.
• OSHA 10 a plus
