Scale House Talent is partnering with a growing home remodeling company looking for Plumbing Apprentices to join their installation team.
This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced installers on bathroom remodeling projects. You’ll learn the trade through paid training and hands-on experience, with a clear path to advance into a Lead Installer and eventually Production Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathroom remodeling projects
- Help with demolition, installation, and cleanup
- Learn proper installation techniques and best practices
- Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
- Be willing to learn and follow instructions
- 1–2 years of apprenticeship, trade, or hands-on experience preferred
- Previous construction, remodeling, plumbing, or carpentry experience is a plus
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools
- Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a background check
- $33/hour starting pay + bonuses
- $75K average first-year earnings; top helpers $100K+
