DIESEL MECHANIC NEEDED – SYRACUSE, NY

If you are a diesel mechanic who knows your way around trucks and hydraulics, this could be a solid fit. This is a steady shop where your skills are respected, hours are consistent, and overtime is always there if you want it. • Diagnose problems - Repair & maintain diesel trucks/heavy duty fleet vehicles
• Work on trash trucks, roll off trucks, and flatbeds
• Perform routine PMs & inspections - brakes, engines, steering, electrical, and hydraulics and keep simple service records

• At least 2+ years’ Diesel mechanic experience
• Hydraulic system experience required
• Own your own tools. Have reliable transportation to get to and from the shop(s)

• Monday to Friday (Shift hours may be flexible)
• First and Second shifts available (shifts generally start anywhere from 4am to 9am, ending at 3pm to 8pm – depending on employee and company needs)
• 40 hours guaranteed, with Overtime almost always available! (most techs average 50 hrs a week)
