Job ResponsibilitiesFollow Safety & Company Policies — Adhere to all company procedures, including electrical safety, lockout/tagout, hot work, and other required protocols. Complete monthly safety inspections and support annual fire extinguisher checks.
Operate & Repair Equipment — Learn to operate and repair a wide range of equipment such as furnaces, sealant machines, forklifts, cranes, and other production machinery. Coordinate with OEMs for complex repairs.
Support Preventive Maintenance (PM) — Execute PMs according to schedule, assist with the plant maintenance program, and document all work performed. Weekend PM coverage is a core function of this role.
Maintain Clean & Safe Work Areas — Keep tools secure and work spaces clean, organized, and safe.
Assist Production & Drive Improvements — Support production as needed, interpret blueprints, troubleshoot equipment, and recommend improvements to products, processes, and operations.
PLC Exposure — Able to understand basic PLC I/O indications and use them during troubleshooting. (No PLC programming required.)
Well-Rounded Maintenance Skills — Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience; comfortable performing PMs on complex industrial systems.
VFD Proficiency — Hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives.
Electrical & Schematic Knowledge — Familiar with 24
VDC control circuits; able to read technical drawings.Must have the ability to work Saturdays
Position Pay Range $32 —$35 USD
