Scale House Talent is partnering with a growing home remodeling company looking for a Service Tech to join their installation team in Syracuse.
This is a hands-on bathroom remodeling role. You work solo on acrylic and full-sheet porcelain installs, with no grout, and you cover Syracuse out to Rochester and eastern Buffalo. If a crew is short, you jump in as a helper, or as the lead when the job calls for it.
Responsibilities- Run service calls on bathroom remodels, working solo
- Set drains, install valve sets, and set vanities
- Install click-lock flooring and vinyl plank or tile
- Cover jobs within about 3 hours one way, including Rochester and eastern Buffalo
- Step onto a crew as a helper, or as the lead, when someone is out
- Keep a clean and professional jobsite
- Service or construction experience
- Acrylic experience is preferred; tile experience carries over
- Plumbing experience, including setting a drain and installing a valve set
- Comfortable with basic electronics
- Able to travel in state, up to about 3 hours one way
- $33/HR starting
- Company-provided van, tools, and an iPad
- Paid drive time
- Healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- A hotel if a job needs an overnight, which is rare
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
