Client Care Specialist - 3rd Shift

Client Care Specialist – Crossroads Adult Care Facility – Full Time

Shift: Sundays through Thursdays (10:45 pm-7:15 am), 3rd Shift

Rate of Pay: $17.00 per hour + Shift Differential

• Verify and dispense medications to residents.
• Assist residents in maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Conduct rounds and monitor facilities to ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
• Facilitate drug and breathalyzer tests.
• Provide personal care items and bedding as needed.
• Enforce facility guidelines and refer clients to appropriate internal services.
• Document client information and participate in meetings to share pertinent data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Develop rapport with clients, providing support, encouragement, and motivation toward independence while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Collaborate as a team player to deliver optimal care for all clients entering Rescue Mission facilities.
• Treat clients with respect and dignity, ensuring they feel safe and valued.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in human services or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience working with homeless, addicted, and/or mentally ill clients desired.

• Starting Pay rate – $17.00 per hour.
• 3rd Shift Differential (10:45 pm-7:15 am) – Additional $2.00 per hour.
