Direct Support Professional (DSP) Per Diem – Community Habilitation

We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in their community.

As a DSP on our Community Habilitation team, you will:

• Support individuals as they learn skills that promote independence, community integration, and personal growth
  .
• Assist with community outings, volunteer roles, hobbies, and other activities that help individuals reach their goals.
• Provide coaching, companionship, and hands‑on support based on each person’s unique needs and goals.
• Document services provided and share observations about progress and achievements.
