The Intake Center Case Worker at Catholic Charities of Onondaga County will monitor and assist individuals and families referred for assistance, ensuring safety and meeting basic needs. They will help housing‑vulnerable individuals access housing and benefits, interview clients to assess problems, and coordinate resources to improve social functioning.
