Location: City of Syracuse
St. Joseph's Health in Syracuse, NY seeks an experienced Social Worker to provide intensive casework, assessment, intervention and referrals for patients and families during a weekend, part-time schedule. Initial training occurs during the week.
Candidates must hold a Master of Social Work and be licensed as an LMSW in New York, with ongoing orientation and continuing education. Acute social work experience and crisis intervention skills are preferred to coordinate care with the medical team and
