• Provide individualized job coaching and support to people receiving employment services.
• Encourage skill‑building, independence, and workplace inclusion.
• Partner with employers to promote successful job placements and retention.
• Assist in career planning and goal‑setting for individuals seeking employment.

$1,500 Sign‑On Bonus

• Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities.
• Or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the above.
• Valid NYS Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
