Liberty Resources is hiring a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting. As a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor, you will help ensure high-quality care, support daily living needs, and assist in supervising staff.
What You'll Do as a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor- Support residents with daily living skills and individualized goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care
- Use crisis-prevention and conflict-resolution techniques
- Assist in supervising direct care staff and daily operations
- Share on-call responsibilities
- Bachelor's/Associate's + 1 year experience OR HS diploma + 2 years related experience
- Valid driver's license; ability to transport individuals
