Liberty Resources is seeking a Housing Specialist to support our HUD and ESSHI Programs in Onondaga and Madison County. The Housing Specialist performs case management functions to help individuals maintain independent housing and achieve financial stability.
Duties include outreach, intake, housing search and placement, rental assistance, developing person-centered plans, coordinating with DSS, HUD and landlords, and documenting progress according to program standards.
