Location: City of Syracuse
The Salvation Army of the Syracuse Area is seeking a Social Day Case Manager for the Adult Day Program for Senior Services. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $20.65/hour plus a comprehensive benefits program and on-site parking in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities include intake, assessments, case management, referrals, and coordinating with staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered services for seniors. A valid NYS driver’s license is required.
