The Salvation Army - Syracuse Area Services is seeking an FFT-CW Case Planner II to join our Functional Family Therapy–Child Welfare program. You will work directly with children and families to strengthen relationships, address challenges, and help prevent foster care placements.
We offer 35 hours/week, extensive benefits, and a clear path for professional development through FFT-CW training and supervision. A Master's in social work or related field is preferred, with licensure encouraged.
