Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR) seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a non‑verbal 15‑year‑old boy in the Syracuse area. The DSP will help the boy develop social skills, complete activities of daily living (ADLs), teach safety skills, and provide 1:1 service to ensure his safety and support overall health and well‑being.

Flexible scheduling after school (4:30pm–8pm). Weekend hours are negotiable. The position offers approximately 14 hours per week for Community services at $24 per hour and, optionally, 6 hours per week for respite services at $20 per hour.

• Valid driver’s license
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule
• Reliable transportation for on‑site visits
• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Technology available to download multiple apps for community use and compliance with ARISE/EFR’s technology policy
