AccessCNY is hiring a Bridge Worker to provide supports to eligible individuals, assisting with daily living, advocacy, and community integration. The role reports to the Senior Program Manager - MH Comm Based Services and is based at 572 South Salina Street in Syracuse. Requires an Associate degree and 3 years of human services experience; a Bachelor's is preferred.
Valid NYS driver's license required. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
