Salesforce Core Tech Lead(SF Core + LWC + Apex)

Job Location:

Syracuse, New York

The ideal Candidate is responsible for designing developing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components LWC Apex programming language and integration techniques

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring the delivery of high quality scalable and maintainable solutions

• Develop and maintain custom applications using LWC Aura Components Apex classes and triggers
• Implement complex business logic using Apex Process Builder and Flows
• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using REST SOAP APIs platform events and other integration patterns
• Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure high performance and responsive designs across Salesforce applications
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components LWC and Aura Framework
• Hands-on experience with Sales and Service Cloud including configuration and custom development
• Proven experience with Apex classes triggers batch jobs and asynchronous processing
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture governor limits and performance optimization
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems using APIs
• Follow and enforce Salesforce best practices coding standards and development methodologies
• Review prepare the technical design document
• Participate in design discussions
• Perform Code walkthroughs and code reviews

Salesforce Admin , PD1 , PD2 is highly desired

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
