You will be working alongside our System Engineering Team and other Software Engineers as they work toward improving tools that are used within the FAA.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with an interest in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

$92,200 - $115,300

The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in computer science, software engineering or related discipline
• 3+ years of related experience required

• Strong Java programming skills
• Relational database experience, preferably PostgreSQL
• Strong LINUX environment skills including command line and scripting tools
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills
• Experience with Integrated Development Environments (e.g. Eclipse, IntelliJ)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work in a dynamic team environment.
