Traveling Field Trainer – Snow & Ice Operations

Approximately 5-15 hours a week until snow flies
Do you have experience training individuals and helping them develop their skills
? As a Field Trainer with JMC Enterprises, you’ll mentor and coach technicians in safe and efficient snow and ice removal while performing the work alongside them in outdoor, winter conditions. You’ll also serve as the driver of the service vehicle, traveling to different locations and ensuring your team is supported and trained every step of the way.

All traveling positions show the location as Syracuse, NY as a default. We are open to accepting applications from anyone residing in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and New Hampshire.
