Position and Compensation

Airport Shuttle Driver – Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts and assist disabled passengers.
• Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Possess a valid state-issued driver's license, carried on duty.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Courteously assist customers, answer questions, direct to Facility Manager if needed.
• Report any accidents, violations, safety hazards or unusual occurrences to Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc. to garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Have thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
• Assist customers with luggage and other items at airport location shuttle buses.
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

• Education:
  
  Less than High School or one month related experience.
• License:
  Valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability:
  Shift requirements vary; may need 3rd shift or weekend.
• Language skills: read, comprehend, write simple correspondence; present info to customers and staff.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide two-digit numbers and with American currency.
• Appearance: maintain neat, clean uniform at all times.
• Physical demands: stand, walk, use hands, occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.

Salary Range
: $22.00 per hour
