365 Freight USA is looking for W-2 company drivers to join our growing team. We operate consistent dry van routes East of the I-35 corridor, suitable for both experienced solo drivers and recent graduates from commercial driving schools.
Our compensation ranges from $1,450 to $1,700 weekly for seasoned drivers and a guaranteed $900 for trainees during the mentoring phase, transitioning to up to $0.65 CPM post-training. We prioritize safety and provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
