Material Handler - Part Time (Warehouse like)

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a part‑time Material Handler to operate equipment for moving packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs, build and break down pallets, and liaise with ULD repair vendors.

• Provide safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs.
• Assist in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison between the company and ULD repair vendors as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Lifts 50 lbs. without assistance from ground to chest level and maneuvers packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Walks, stands, bends, and squats for designated work hours.
• Maneuvers packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces; stacks packages above one’s head if required.
• Works in all weather conditions and climbs stairs and ladders if required.
• Completes all basic and re‑currency training.
• Communicates timely and effectively in a noisy operational environment.

• Non‑covered safety‑sensitive position; drug screen required.
• Must be in a constant state of alertness and work safely.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate motorized conveyances.

$18.79 per hour

Part‑time AM and PM shift. Drug screen required.
