This position is an activity-based pay plan
* that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

• Hand unload per pallet: $53.61 - $56.81
• Stop Pay: $38.29- $40.56per stop
• Yard Work: $25.00- $28.58per hour
• Safety training per hour: $20
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $92,000
• Daily home time
