This is a full-time, on-site CDL B Truck Driver role based in Syracuse, NY. The CDL B Truck Driver will operate commercial vehicles to transport waste and industrial materials safely and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, following designated routes and schedules, and ensuring proper loading, securing, and unloading of materials. The driver will maintain accurate logs, manifests, and other required documentation, and communicate with dispatch and site personnel to coordinate pickups and deliveries.

The role also involves adhering to all safety procedures, reporting equipment issues, and interacting professionally with customers and team members.

• Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record and experience operating commercial trucks.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety procedures, and best practices for transporting waste and industrial materials.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance checks.
• Strong attention to detail for completing logs, manifests, and other required documentation accurately.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and secure materials, and work in outdoor and industrial environments.
• Reliable communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in waste, environmental, or industrial services is preferred.
