Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You’ve earned your Class A CDL. We are recruiting recent CDL school graduates in the Syracuse, NY area to join our expanding Eastern regional fleet. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want hands‑on mentoring, to build confidence on the road, and to begin earning quickly.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid weekly (every Friday)
• Paid training for one full month

• Predictable regional routes based out of Syracuse, NY, operating across Upstate New York and the Eastern region
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No‑touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop‑and‑hook
• Brand‑new automatic tractors, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction qualify for the paid training program
• Assigned mentor during training
• Emphasis on safety and practical experience to prepare drivers for independent operation

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible
