Class A Company Driver - Entry Level

Location: City of Syracuse

You earned your CDL-A. Now turn that training into a full-time regional driving career with 365 Freight USA.This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training. You will start with paid one-on-one mentor instruction before moving into your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

What Will I Earn?

Training pays $850 per week. After successfully completing the mentor program, expected solo earnings are $1,600-$1,800+ per week.

Orientation is paid, and drivers are paid every Friday.

What Kind of Freight Will I Haul?

You will haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet. Weekly or bi-weekly home time is available.

What Do I Need to Qualify?

Valid Class A CDLRecent graduation from an accredited CDL school

Minimum 120 hours of CDL training

Satisfactory driving record

Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements

Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
