1st shift – 9am-5:30pm

The Warehouse Inventory Operator plays a key role in executing assigned inventory tasks. This includes setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Work with procurement, plant managers, and site managers to address quality concerns and keep Inventory Leadership and Warehouse Management informed.
• Support Oracle WMS functionality and help coordinate scanning implementation for materials and finished goods.
• Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy through monitoring, reporting, and creating spreadsheets as needed.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers and maintain customer service records.
• Partner with the distribution center team to meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timing goals while tracking supply chain performance.
• Create and maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to support warehouse operations.

• Minimum of GED or High School Diploma. An AAS or BA/BS in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Emphasis on Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in inventory control procedures.
