Location: City of Syracuse
Schedule for this role is Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm ET in our Syracuse, NY office.
Responsibilities- Answer the receiving door for all deliveries
- Receive all inbound inventory and supply orders
- Sort and count inventory to confirm quantities with the packing slips
- Scan inventory into Rx Transparent to maintain DSCSA compliance
- Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations, reorganizing as needed to maintain FEFO fulfillment
- Receive and reconcile purchase orders in Net Suite, confirming price match with invoices
- Input receipt quantities into Suite Rx, including PO information in the notes
- Add expiration dates to the drug expiration sheet, and monitor and update on an ongoing basis as inventory is depleted
- Follow all DSCSA policies and procedures for quarantined products
- Work with Propel Supply Chain team to provide updates to the pharmacy on NDC changes
- Order pharmacy supplies, including shipping and Rx labels, caps and vials, and shipping bags
- Clean inventory refrigerator weekly before putting away new orders
- Take out trash and recycling as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- Follow all pharmacy safety, handling, and confidentiality policies
- Assist in quarterly inventory counts on the weekend
- The base pay range for this position is $23.83 per hour

What you bring to the role- Previous pharmacy, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn pharmacy software systems
- Experience with inventory management systems preferred
- Ability to perform all physical aspects of the job (detailed below)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday
- Ability to use warehouse equipment (incl. pallet jack, u-boat, dock plates, etc.)
