Pay Range: $20/hr – $23/hr

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, seeks a dedicated Warehouse Associate for the Syracuse, NY location.

CE specializes in residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts, and supplies, serving licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking & verifying orders, loading & unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using advanced warehouse technology. This role is eligible for performance‑based bonuses and incentives.

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within HVAC or similar distribution industry
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal (team‑building) skills
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in HVAC industry
• Proficiency in PC skills and inventory & shipping/receiving systems
• Current Forklift certification is preferred
