Hunt Glass is hiring a Windshield Repair Sales Technician to work alongside the team at a busy automotive service center in Northern Utah.

This is a unique combination of sales, customer service, teamwork, and hands‑on automotive work.

No windshield repair experience is required.

We provide the equipment and training you need, including a professional rock chip repair kit and training in:

• Rock chip repair
• Long-crack repair
• Identifying repairable and non-repairable windshield damage
• Providing a professional customer experience

We can teach the technical side. What is much harder to teach, and what we are primarily looking for, is someone who is excellent with people, comfortable selling, completely honest, dependable, and motivated to do excellent work.

You will work closely with the automotive service-center team and interact with customers whose vehicles are already at the location.

You will identify customers who may need:

• Rock chip repair
• Long-crack repair
• Windshield replacement
• Headlight restoration
• Other auto‑glass services

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying genuine customer needs
• Speaking with customers professionally
• Explaining repair or replacement options clearly
• Answering customer questions
• Recommending appropriate services
• Performing professional windshield repairs
• Identifying replacement opportunities
• Coordinating with service advisors and other team members
• Helping create an excellent customer experience

We are looking for people who put the customer first, even above their own commission.

We do not teach, encourage, or tolerate dishonest, misleading, high‑pressure, or gimmicky sales practices.

Our approach is simple:
Identify a genuine need, explain the situation clearly and accurately, recommend what is best for the customer, and let the customer make an informed decision.

If the customer does not need work, we tell them.

If a repair or service is unnecessary, inappropriate, or would not genuinely benefit the customer, we would rather lose the commission than sell something the customer does not need.

We believe the best salespeople build trust. Those are also the people who tend to do the best over time, because customers remember when they are treated honestly.

They come back when they need help again, and they refer their friends, family, and coworkers.

Your job is not to sell something at any cost. Your job is to help the customer make the right decision, earn their trust, and build a relationship that can last for years.

Typical earning potential: approximately $20–$30+ per hour

Compensation includes:

• $15/hour base pay
• 12%–22% commission based on gross profit/performance
• Paid weekly
• Strong salespeople have the opportunity to earn substantially more than someone simply performing the technical work
